Planning Center is the foundation for every aspect of administration and is rated one of the top 3 church softwares out there. In my opinion, it’s the best. We would setup all 8 parts of this software including; People, Calendar, Check-Ins, Giving, Groups, Publishing, Registrations and Services. You don’t have to use all aspects of this software because it is customizable.

Depending on your needs we would also setup secondary software programs like Checkr, Stripe, SongSelect, MailChimp and more. These secondary programs sync with Planning Center and update between programs automatically

Price: There will be our setup fee, the cost of the software and cost of hardware or extra software systems. Both the cost of PCO and the Setup fee are on a sliding scale depending on the size of your database and church membership.

Once we are done setting up your systems you have the option to keep us for the next 6 months or manage it all yourself. Either way is ok with us. If you keep us on board we would do data entry, maintain all systems, answer questions you have and continue to support you in every way we can. We can also train your volunteers for specific, minor roles and parts of the software so they can succeed at their responsibilities. For example; We could train a small group leader how to manage their group but we would not teach them how to manage “Groups”.

If after the initial setup you decide to manage the systems yourself we can still provide training to help make the transition a success. We would spend 6 months training you, your staff and volunteers on the systems we created and answer any questions along the way. We walk you through it all so you feel comfortable flying solo.
